About
Anna Cirronis, M.A., is a mother, writer, mentor, and expressive arts therapist with nearly three decades of experience working with children and adults across diverse cultures. She holds a Master’s in Transformational Psychology and a degree in Linguistics, reflecting her deep-rooted passion for understanding the cognitive processes behind language, perception, and human connection.
Fluent in Italian, German, Swiss German, French, and English, Anna’s multilingualism has been her passport to working across the globe, deepening her understanding of cultural nuances and universal experiences. Her postgraduate studies in expressive arts therapy focus on the innate power of creativity to access the subconscious feelings of children. She recognizes that children naturally see and express their world first through images, making creativity a direct and powerful pathway to their inner lives.
With a special interest in attachment theory, Anna emphasizes that secure, healing connections between mothers and their children are the cornerstone of society. Her work explores adoption as an archetypal form of parenthood—a timeless bond that transcends biological ties and has existed throughout human history. She blends lived experience, scientific insight, and a holistic approach to guiding women on the transformative journey of motherhood, especially through adoption.
Anna is also the co-founder of Erbaviva, a B-Corp certified organic skincare company dedicated to the health and well-being of mothers and babies worldwide.
She uses her deep knowledge of nature’s medicine in her programs with mothers and children, combining essential oils with acupoints and body zones. This practical approach helps support physical, emotional, and mental well-being, using the natural healing properties of essential oils to create real, tangible shifts.

I weave together the visible and the unseen — the practical, human aspects of mothering and the profound, unfiltered truths of love, attachment, and identity.
